But as I’ve gotten older and learned more about the intricacies of skin health, I’ve come to realize that what’s on the outside is just a reflection of what’s happening inside. A healthy lifestyle is, without a doubt, one of the best things you can do for your skin. It’s not just about moisturizing or using sunscreen; it’s about nourishing your body with good food, exercise, and habits that help maintain skin vitality from the inside out.
